A Multinational Company in Services Industry is expending it’s Sales team and currently looking for Business Development Manager with strong sales experience to join them in Kuala Lumpur.
Based in Kuala Lumpur, this position is responsible for positioning Aspire Lifestyles’ suite of products and services to B2B2C industries targeting the mass affluent and high net worth segments. This role will be required to develop an aggressive sales and marketing strategy and action plan to achieve monthly and annual sales & business targets for new, existing and renewal business.
• Develop sales & marketing strategies to the targeted market segments
• Continuously achieve sale targets and building a good sales pipelines
• Performing research and identifying key potential clients and building a good relationship to develop sales opportunities
• Continuously maintaining relationship with existing & new clients and providing them with updated market trend information
• Working closely with the support team to ensure quality services are delivered to the clients
• Ensuring payment are made promptly and successful business renewal
• Holds Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or it’s equivalent
• Minimum 5 years experience in sales environment selling solution of Mid to Large Organizations
• Strong sales knowledge and proven track record in business development activities selling services or solutions
• Self-motivated and results driven would be essential for this position
• Strong passion and motivation within the sales industry is a must
• Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills
