A leading Manufacturing company in Selangor is currently looking for a Head of IT to lead the IT Department.
Responsibilities:
• Continuous improvements for end to end processes in all aspects of the business
• Develop and execute the IT Strategy and processes and ensure align with company business operation, growth and business
• Develop IT processes and policies to support business operations to improve the service quality, business development, cost effectiveness and end user support
• Strong understanding and develop, implement and review the information security related matters, procedures and policies to ensure audit, regulatory and group compliance
• Motivate staff by providing challenging opportunities, encouraging skills development and fostering a team environment at all levels
Requirements:
• Bachelor/Master in Computer Science or any equivalent
• 10 to 15 years of working experience in manufacturing / process / operations environment with operational and financial budgeting responsibility
• Strong experience in supporting and implementing SAP modules within manufacturing environment
• Experience in Digital and E-Commerce would be added advantage
• Strong leadership skills with track record in developing talents within the department
• Strong interpersonal and communications with various stakeholders
