Brief Position Descriptions / Responsibilities :
This position will be required to deliver the following Scope of Responsibilities:
• Develop Customer Relationship & Experiences Management by leveraging on DMP, CRO, CRM, web, social, mobile Solutions
• Work requirements involve at pre-sales support, technical consulting, solution design and management
• Possess analysis and communication skills connecting technology and business problems
• Help shape winning ‘Go to Market’ solutions to align to the current and future needs of the market
• Respond to technical questions received via RFP and or RFI in an accurate and timely fashion
• Prepare and provide client facing technical follow-up calls and documentation
• Participate in Solutions Consulting and Product Management meetings to stay up to date on current technical concepts on future product enhancements
• Develop and implement industry leading best practices related to email marketing, mobile marketing, social networking, marketing process management
• Build up Business BI system to collect, monitor and analyse ongoing market competition information
• Contribute in detailed qualification of opportunities, formulation of sales strategies and technical approaches and plans. Ensure prospect/client satisfaction with all project deliverables

Skill Requirement :
Education: Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Business Administration or any related disciplines
Experience: At least 3~5 years of relevant experience

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
• Solid experience in AdTech, Presales consulting or Digital Marketing
• Experience of DMP, CRO, CRM, web, social, mobile and cross-channel marketing (e.g. salesforce, Oracle/PeopleSoft, Lawson, Yammer, Facebook, Twitter, WeChat etc.)
• Possess excellent client-facing skills and experience in dealing with client and technical teams as well as experience in presenting to C-level executives
• Ability to work effectively within a highly driven organization
• Ability to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Knowledge of Web architecture, distributed computing and SaaS concepts
• Excellent command in English both spoken and written and interpersonal skills
• Preferably familiar with IOT, Block Chain, Cloud Computing, Mobile Applications, Big Data and Artificial Intelligence domain specific product experience
• Preferably familiar with Building Asset Management or Facility Management (FM) domain specific product experience
