Our client is listed company and provides engineering and manufacturing services solutions to a broad spectrum of industries globally. They have facilities across different countries globally. On an expansion path, they are now seeking a Sales Manager to provide leadership to their team in Singapore.

 

Sales Manager Role

The Sales Manager will provide the sales leadership in the Singapore market focused on ensuring existing customers and relationships are maintained and deepened as well as seeking out new customers/leads and opportunities working together with their various operations globally.

Ideally you should come from the technology services industry and have an intimate knowledge and understanding of the parts/components/module design and manufacturing process and supply chain. Alternatively, you could be in sales of technology products or components and have knowledge in either technology capital equipment, medical, automobile or ICT. You must be able to effectively engage with customers engineering, design and supply chain teams. You need to have strong sales track record in the healthcare/pharmaceuticals/medical devices sector. You will need to demonstrate excellent Business Development skills.

This is a new role required due to company expansion

Responsibilities

Reporting to the VP of Sales & Business Development, you are responsible for:

  • Perform key Sales and Account Management associated with the whole spectrum of the company’s service solutions
  • Meeting sales goals for the company as measured in revenue and profit margin
  • The identification and development of new business opportunities in Singapore for the company as well as maintaining and expanding presence in existing customers

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of sales working experiences in either sales of manufacturing services or parts/components or equipment
  • Preferably have worked in sales/customer management in either EMS or OSAT companies
  • Bachelor degree or higher in either engineering, science or business
  • Works well across countries and with global teams
  • Demonstrated success in sales, creativity and teamwork
  • Driven, motivated and results oriented
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
