Brief Position Descriptions / Responsibilities :
– This position will be required to ensure that the company’s software products are properly implemented and configured in accordance with our business process, adhere to good data management practices and meeting client’s requirements
– The candidate shall also consult with our clients, provide guidance and make suggestions on how to best implement our Software Products to deliver a professional User Acceptance Test (UAT) process & documentation
– This position shall work with the various stake holders of the Project Sites and functional departments during the implementation of the product & services
– The candidate shall also provide in house product training or external training to the clients for product delivery
Skill Requirement :
Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in Software, Engineering, Project Management or an applicable area
Experience: min 5 years in Software Product Implementation and Training
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
– Solid analytical and technical skills with regard to software product implementation & applications
– Strong collaboration and team-building skills
– Self-motivating, able to assume responsibility and work autonomously in a professional manner
– Ability to translate customer/process requirements to application configuration/implementation
– Excellent communication and documentation skills
– Excellent execution and delivery of product implementation plan
– Preferably familiar with BIM or Facility Management (FM) Application Software (CIFM/CMMS/BMS etc.)
– Preferably familiar with implementation of smart building’s Smart (IoT) Solutions
– Preferably familiar with implementation of Cloud Solutions or IT Infrastructures
