A MNC Company is looking for Oracle EBS IT Systems Analyst for Supply Chain and Financial modules as part of the global Oracle EBS support team.
Key responsibilities include:
• handle Level 2 Production Support in Oracle EBS R12 Supply Chain Management and Financial modules area
• assist business users with problems and provide resolution to issues independently
• responsible for Level 2 Production Support assessment and resolution
• responsible for Production Support framework for incidents and resolution based metrics
• works closely with Capabilities teams to address Level 3 issues within a timely fashion and prevent future incidents
• develops, implements and maintains a knowledge base systems for incident analysis, root cause, etc
• continuous effort improving Incident & Problem Management processes within the team and enhance productivity of the Level 2 Production Support
Key requirements include:
• holds bachelor degree in related field or equivalent experience
• must have at 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience on Oracle EBS in Support type or implementation of projects with various modules among Order Management, Advance Pricing, Account Receivable, Install Base, Service Request, Service Contract, Shipping Execution in R12
• functional Knowledge on of Oracle Financial and Supply Chain Management such as Account Receivables, Account Payables, Cash Management, General Ledger, Order Management, Advance Pricing, Account Receivable, Install Base, Service Request, Service Contract, Shipping Execution in R12
• experience in opening, managing, escalating and resolving Oracle issues with Oracle Support
• working knowledge of software development and support methodologies
• knowledge and familiarity in underlying Oracle ERP applications database architecture, as well as Oracle database and development tools (PL/SQL, SQL Plus, Forms, Reports)
