Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop business opportunities and expand new customers for assigned territory
• Conduct sales visits and understand customer requirements to meet their needs to build a solid long-term relationships with them
• Achieve annual sales, gross margin and market share targets set by management
• Liaise with internal customers to co-ordinate activities in executing sales orders
• Review and resolve problem/concerns which includes customers’ complaints, quality control issues, logistics and engineering
• Work with Engineering team to create new products for the market needs
•Other daily duties include executing takeoffs and quotes, follow-up and close work with customers, handle post-sale submittal and order entry work and assist with project management duties once the equipment has shipped to the customer.

Requirements:
• Min Degree in Engineering discipline (with sales management training) with sales experience in semiconductor environment
• Extensive experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational goals
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
• Possess a good network of customer sales
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Aggressive and sales driven
• Willing to travel and work independently without much guidance
