One of the Malaysian well known conglomerate is looking for Director IT Digital Marketing & Social Media as they are rapidly expanding their digital presence.
As the Director of Digital Marketing, you will be expected to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends.
Key responsibilities include:
• involvement in designing and implementing company’s digital and social media strategies within the allocated budget
• continuously monitor, develop, improve and optimise all digital marketing activity, driving consumers to the company’s site
• passionate to generate new innovative ideas to increase traffics and increasing sales revenues
• collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
• conducting training and benefits of the use of digital to the internal employees
• keeping up with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
Key requirements include:
• holds Bachelor degree in Digital Marketing, Information Technology, Mass Communication or it’s equivalent
• minimum 10 years working experience with 3 years experience in leadership position
• solid working experience within Digital and Social Media with excellent understanding of the marketing tools available and effectively using it
• hands on experience within SEO and CRM Software together with understanding on Google Analytic would be added advantage
•excellent communication and interpersonal skills are key to be successful in this position
